Debt history database Risk.lv
Risk.lv is a debt history database that provides a possibility to make convenient and fast checks of a debt history of natural person or a company willing to take a loan or receive goods or services by making phased payment or on the terms of a lease. On the basis of information provided by debt history database Risk.lv, the user can forecast their risk in the transaction with a person who has not fulfilled the liabilities in due time.
Risk.lv has compiled information about the default payment liabilities of the customers (debtors) of all our cooperation partners – credit institutions in Latvia, non-bank creditors, various service providers (telecommunication, utility, medical treatment, parking and other sector service providers).
Default payment liabilities are registered in Risk.lv if after receiving our request the debtor has not fulfilled the payment liabilities against the creditor in due time – payments are not made at all, they are made partly or in full amount but with a delay. Information in Risk.lv database is renewed on daily basis. One person/company can have several unsettled debt liabilities in various areas that have been registered in the database, for example, finances (overdraft, credit, leasing), telecommunication services, utility and power supply services and etc.
N.B. Information about the debt history of a person has only an informative character; it cannot serve as the single basis for making the decision. LLC “PAUS KONSULTS” do not assume responsibility for the conclusions or decisions made on the basis of this information.
Insertion of debtor data into Risk.lv
The following information is included in the database regarding default payments:
- data of the debtor/guarantor – name, surname or company name, personal code or registration number, the statistics of requests made during last 30 days by indicating the sector of the operation of the cooperation partner who has made the inquiry within the aforementioned time limit (sectors: banking sector, non-bank creditors, service providers, communications, goods on the terms of phased payment and others);
- the number of default payment cases;
- the category of the debtor – the debtor or guarantor;
- the type of default payment – services, loan, payment card, payment by instalments, consumption credit, communications, phased payment;
- NACE code – sector in which the debt liabilities have occurred;
- the date of occurring – the following date after the determined date of the fulfilment of debt liabilities;
- the date when the default payment has been handed over for recovery;
- maximum sum that has been handed over for recovery;
- current balance of the debt;
- currency in which the default payment has been nominated;
- the length of the delay in months which is calculated as from the date when the default payment has occurred till this moment;
- the status of default payment – “active recovery” (extrajudicial debt recovery activities have been performed) or “closed” (“passive” debt recovery is performed by indicating the date of closure).
