Recovery of debts from private individuals
The offer of various goods and services on credit is still growing – leasing, credit cards etc., and so is the number of debtors who delay or avoid meeting their liabilities in time. We have at our disposal all officially accessible information channels to obtain an extensive amount of data about the debtor and to take warning measures for debts to be recovered. We also use legal proceedings to recover debts, if necessary.

Recovery of debts from legal entities
Control over overdue payments and their collection from legal entities is performed in close co-operation with the creditor that provides all the information about previous co-operation with the debtor. The activities of the debtor come under close scrutiny, and the most efficient debt collection methods are applied. We arrange meetings with the debtor and agree upon real solutions for repayment of overdue debts.

To prevent possible delays in payments and improve payment discipline of your customers, we offer our clients to use the warning stamp of SIA Paus Konsults on payment documents issued to their customers. The stamp warns your customer that unless the bill is paid, the debt will be transferred to our company.

Reminder service – account management
If you company lacks necessary resources and you want to start warning the debtor immediately after a delay in payment was established, to speed up the debt recovery process, you may entrust the reminder procedures to our company. These procedures include sending reminder letters and making reminder calls. This is a cost efficient way of optimising the resources of the creditor’s business without allowing the cash flow to decrease.
Debt cession
Debt cession
SIA >Paus Konsults also offers the possibility of reaching an agreement on debt cession (cession of right of claim), i.e. to take over the right of claim from the creditor. The advantage of this method is that the creditor is immediately provided with funds, without carrying out any activities with regard to debts transferred, and the creditor’s balance is “cleared” of debtors’ debts.
Representation of customer in court
Representation of customer in court
Failure to reach an agreement with the debtor on voluntary repayment of the debt would entail bringing an action to court, which is a logical result of the debt recovery process. We undertake to prepare and file with the court the documents necessary for legal proceedings and the statement of the claim, as well as to co-operate with bailiffs, thus ensuring the complete cycle of debt recovery.
